Eligibility: The bi-monthly giveaway (the “sweepstakes”) is open to new users who sign up to be an email and SMS subscriber for Nestig. Users must be a resident of Canada and 18 years of age by date of entry. Users who are residents of Quebec, Canada are not elibgile. Users Users that are already subscribed to receive Nestig emails and SMS will not be eligible. Users that have previously been signed up for emails and resign up will also not be eligible. Users that have previously been signed up for emails and resign up, and sign up for SMS will also not be eligible. Employees, independent contractors, interns, officers, directors, and agents of Nestig (the "Sponsor") their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.
Agreement to Rules: By participating, the contestant (“You”) agrees to be fully unconditionally bound by these rules, and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements set forth herein. In addition, you agree to accept the decisions of Nestig, as final and binding as it relates to the content. The giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws.
Giveaway Period: Entries for the first bi-monthly giveaway will start at 12:00:00 a.m. EST on the 1st day of each month and end at 11:59:59 p.m. EST on the 15th day of each month. Entries for the second bi-monthly giveaway will start at 12:00:00 am EST on the 16th day of each month and end at 11:59:59 pm EST on the final day of each month. Entries submitted after the month deadline will be entered into next month’s giveaway.
How to Enter: New users can enter the giveaway by signing up on nestig.com to become an email and SMS subscriber and receive future emails and SMS messages from Nestig. Entries that are not complete, or do not adhere to rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Nestig. You must provide the information requested. Using fraudulent methods or other methods to circumvent the rules will result in your submission being removed at the sole discretion of Nestig (includes but not limited to, entering more times than indicated by using multiple email addresses, identities or devices). Nestig will not acknowledge receipt of entries. If you unsubscribe to receive future emails, your entry will automatically be removed from future prize drawings. Non-winning entries will NOT be rolled over to the next month’s or any other future drawing. The sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for this promotion.
Prizes: Winner will receive an digital gift card to nestig.com which is good for $1000 CAD.
Odds: The odds of winning is dependent on the number of eligible entries received for each month
Winner selection and notification: Winners of the giveaway will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received. Winners will be notified via email to the email address they entered the giveaway with. Non-Winners will not be contacted. Nestig shall have no liability for a winner’s failure to receive notices due to winners’ spam, junk e-mail or other security settings or for winners’ provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If the selected winner is ineligible, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.
The drawing date for the winner will be completed three business days following the close of the bi-monthly giveaway.
The receipt by winner of the prize offered in this Sweepstakes is conditioned upon compliance with any and all federal and state laws and regulations. Any violation of these official rules by any winner (at sponsor’s sole discretion) will result in such winner’s disqualification as winner of the sweepstakes and all privileges as winner will be immediately terminated.
Terms and Conditions: The sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the giveaway should (in its sole discretion) a virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud or other causes beyond its control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or proper conduct of the giveaway. In such case, Nestig may select the recipients from all eligible entries received prior to and/or after (if appropriate) the action taken by Nestig. Nestig reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers/attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the giveaway or website or violates these Terms & Conditions. Nestig has the right, in its sole discretion, to maintain the integrity of the giveaway, to void entries for any reason, including, but not limited to; multiple entries from the same user from different IP addresses; multiple entries from the same computer in excess of that allowed by sweepstakes rules; or the use of bots, macros or scripts or other technical means for entering. Any attempt by an entrant to deliberately damage the web site or undermine the legitimate operation of the sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, Nestig reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. By entering the giveaway, you agree to receive email newsletters and SMS messages periodically from Nestig. You can opt-out of receiving this communication at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in the newsletter or following the unsubscribe instructions via SMS, but unsubscribing will remove your eligibility for the giveaway.
