While we are hard at work bringing your order to life as soon as the order is placed, you will not receive a tracking number until we have sent the item to one of our carriers: UPS or Fedex.
Once my item ships, how long does shipping usually take?
Our products each have different delivery times - you can see the estimated delivery range for each item in your order above. Once your item has shipped, shipping typically takes about a week.
Why are your products shipped separately?
Our products are shipped separately for a couple reasons. The main reason is that each of our products are manufactured in different facilities. Once an item is ready, it ships directly from our manufacturer to you! The second reason is that many of our products have different delivery times. Whenever a product in your order is ready, we want to get it to you as soon as possible!
How are the cribs shipped and how long does shipping take?
Our cribs are shipped via Fedex or UPS and once the crib ships, it should arrive around a week later. The crib will arrive in 2 or 3 boxes depending on the specific model.
What is your return policy?
All Nestig products except wallpaper and customized items* are covered by our 60-day return policy, which means that if you don’t love your product within 60 days of receiving it, you can return it for a full refund.

Can I recycle your packaging?
The boxes that our cribs ship in can be recycled. Some of the packing materials inside the box are not recyclable — we know there is room for improvement here, but our first priority is to make sure that the crib arrives in perfect condition for safe sleeping.
For our rugs, sheets, and mobiles, we are proud that our packaging is 100% recyclable and plastic-free!
