As we head into peak season, delivery times may be longer than expected because of carrier delays. Once a product ships, we typically expect it to take about a week, but sometimes around the holidays shipping times take a few days longer due to increased holiday delivery volume.
Our holiday hours and schedule will also have an impact on our shipping. At Nestig, it’s important to us that our team be able to rest and spend time with their loved ones over the holidays. This means that our factories will be closed from December 17-January 10th for team vacations and annual maintenance. During this period we won’t be able to ship replacement pieces should anything arrive damaged, so please note that the last day to request replacement pieces for shipment before January is December 15th.
Additionally, our Customer Experience team will have modified hours on December 24th and December 31st (10am-1pm ET) and will be offline December 25th and January 1st. If you need any assistance, please contact us here with a detailed description and photo of the problem (if applicable). This will enable our team to address your inquiry as swiftly and efficiently as possible when we resume our normal business hours (Monday-Friday, 10am-5pm ET). Happy holidays from the Nestig team!
All Nestig products excluding wallpaper*, murals, and customized items are covered by our 60-day risk-free trial. From the day you receive your Nestig item, you have the next 60 days to test it and make sure it’s a great fit for your family.
We are confident that you'll love what you order, but if for whatever reason it doesn't work for you, we will process a return, no questions asked*.

And remember, we have a 2-year Limited Warranty on all of our products (18 years for cribs!), so if something arrives damaged or defective, we’ll be glad to help! If you need to submit a warranty claim for replacement pieces, click here.
For cribs, dressers, and shelves, we will send one of our registered partners to collect the item—no need to put it back in the box! For all other items, we recommend keeping the original box to make it easier to ship the return back to us. In the event you have discarded the boxes, feel free to ship the item back in whatever box you have available! Nestig is not responsible for any costs associated with purchasing new boxes or packaging for returns. In the case of a return, shipping charges from the original order are generally not refundable.
*Because our wallpaper is printed in small batches and the color can vary slightly from batch to batch, we are unable to accept returns for any wallpaper—used or unused. We highly recommend ordering our wallpaper samples and thoroughly measuring the space before placing your order! We have a calculator on each product page which can help you determine how much wallpaper you will need.
