Snow crib orders will arrive around 2 weeks after an order is placed.

The Snow crib ships in 3 boxes either via FedEx or UPS: one box contains everything you’ll need to assemble the bassinet and the other two boxes contain the full crib conversion kit as well as the toddler bed conversion kit.

Unfortunately, because we make and ship our cribs from Brazil, we are unable to arrange early or expedited shipping.

The crib is made from sustainably harvested Brazilian eco-egineered wood.

Our Original 2" thick mini mattress is hypoallergenic, has a non-removable 100% polyester cover, and is filled with 100% polyurethane foam. It is designed with a newborn baby in mind and complies with all US safety regulations :)

You’ll only need to purchase one mattress, a standard sized crib mattress, that you will use for the full crib as well as the toddler bed forms. We offer options on our site from Lullaby Earth, Naturepedic, and Newton.

The bassinet can be used from ages 0 up to 5 months or until the child reaches 40 pounds or shows signs of pulling up, rolling over, or pushing up to kneeling position. The full crib can also be used from birth until the child reaches 35 inches or begins trying to climb out of the crib. The toddler bed can be used until a child reaches 50 pounds.

The bassinet height is 14.5” as measured from the floor to the top of the mattress support. The full crib has 3 heights that are 11.2", 17", and 22" also measured from the floor to the top of the mattress support. The toddler bed height is 11.2” measured from the floor to the top of the mattress support and only has one level.

Nestig meets and exceeds the safety standards set by the Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) and ASTM International, most recently the ASTM F1169-19, ASTM F406-19 and ASTM F1821-19 standards. We’ve also taken our commitment to safety one step further by testing and certifying our products with the Juvenile Product Manufacturers Association (JPMA) whose requirements go above and beyond the mandatory governmental requirements.

The average assembly time for the bassinet is 35 minutes. To convert to the full crib should also take about 35 minutes. Converting from the full crib to the toddler should take about 25 minutes.
