Holiday Shipping Updates

As we head into peak season, delivery times may be longer than expected because of carrier delays. Once a product ships, we typically expect it to take about a week, but recently we’ve seen shipping times take a few days longer due to increased holiday delivery volume. 

 

Our holiday hours and schedule will also have an impact on our shipping. At Nestig, it’s important to us that our team be able to rest and spend time with their loved ones over the holidays. This means that our factory will be closed from December 24-January 11th for team vacations and annual maintenance. During this period we won’t be shipping newly ordered cribs and won’t be able to ship replacement pieces should anything arrive damaged.  

 

Additionally, our customer experience team will be offline December 24, 25, 30, 31 and January 1. When they are back online, they will be here to help!
