    Bad crib, great service!

    The crib was still of poor quality, but the customer service was excellent. I’m very happy with the resolution and the service I received when I contacted Nestig about the damage and quality issues surrounding the crib. They had the crib parts removed and refunded my order via store credit. I appreciate the attentiveness of the customer service team. The five star is for the service.

    Beautiful crib AND beautiful customer service

    Initially, when we got our crib we had some pieces that didn't have proper holes/didn't line up well, and thus splintered and broke when we assembled. We got it together, but I really wasn't happy at first.

    When I left my first review, someone was kind enough to reach out but (being in new mom mode with 2 other kids) I didn't email back and forgot about it honestly until I went to lower the crib. I was then able to get photos and email customer service back. The response was lightening fast, and the company was more than happy to replace parts that had broken in the initial assembly to ensure that our crib will make it in an international move and also transition properly to a toddler bed.

    Lauren (who dubbed herself #2) was very personable and easy to work with, and wanted to be sure that we were 100% satisfied with our crib. I have to give this company credit for doing customer service right AND making sure that you get what you paid for. Would absolutely recommend the company and would purchase from them again!

    Great crib, even better customer service

    I love the way the crib looks and it looks even better quality in person. I also really appreciated that it had barely any smell upon unpacking. I've had to air out our baby's room before because a piece of furniture had such a strong scent, but I'm glad that this was clearly non-toxic which made us feel more at ease. My husband had a relatively smooth time putting together the crib but one minor piece needed to be replaced. Customer service was extremely speedy in their response and sent the piece out immediately.

    Love the mountain crib and customer service

    Love, love, love this crib and how it looks like a regular cute little bed in toddler mode. Customer service went above and beyond when I had some difficulties building the crib. Overall the build was easy and could be accomplished by myself with a few steps with my husband helping me. I would definitely purchase it again. (Or any crib from Nestig. The customer service is superb)
