White Glove Delivery

This product is available for shipping only through our White Glove Service.

Once the product arrives to the delivery center closest to your home, you will receive an SMS or email to schedule a time for delivery and assembly. On the day of delivery you will also receive a call to confirm the appointment. At the appointed time, the White Glove team will deliver the product, assemble it in the room of your choice and remove all packaging.

White Glove pricing is based on your distance from a delivery center:

• 0-50 miles: $279
• 51-75 miles: $299
• 76-150 miles: $379
• We are unable to deliver this product if you are more than 150 miles from a delivery center

If your order includes other items from Nestig, they will ship separately via standard shipping through Fedex or UPS.

Returns
All Nestig products except wallpaper and customized items are covered by our 60-day return policy, which means that if you don’t love your product within 60 days of receiving it, you can return it for a full refund. However, we know that you'll likely want to try out decor items with the crib itself! For any items in your order that are delivered before your crib, we’re happy to extend our return policy until up to 30 days after your crib has been delivered. If you'd like to start a return for a non-crib item during this extension period, email us at returns@nestig.com and we'll be happy to help. For more information about our return policy, click here!

• The Camper Kids Bed is only available through White Glove delivery (more info coming soon!).
• Assembly times may vary but the average assembly time for two people is around 90 minutes.
