Shipping & Returns

White Glove Delivery

This product is available for shipping only through our White Glove Service.

Once the product arrives to the delivery center closest to your home, you will receive an SMS or email to schedule a time for delivery and assembly. On the day of delivery you will also receive a call to confirm the appointment. At the appointed time, the White Glove team will deliver the product, assemble it in the room of your choice and remove all packaging.

White Glove pricing is based on your distance from a delivery center:

  • 0-50 miles: $279
  • 51-75 miles: $299
  • 76-150 miles: $379
  • We are unable to deliver this product if you are more than 150 miles from a delivery center

If your order includes other items from Nestig, they will ship separately via standard shipping through Fedex or UPS.

Returns

All Nestig products except wallpaper, murals and customized items are covered by our 60-day free return policy, which means that if you don’t love your product within 60 days of receiving it, you can return it for a full refund. However, we know that you'll likely want to try out decor items with the crib or bed itself! For any items in your order that are delivered before your crib or bed, we’re happy to extend our return policy until up to 30 days after your crib has been delivered. If you'd like to start a return for an item during this extension period, email us at returns@nestig.com and we'll be happy to help. For more information about our return policy, click here!

Assembly
  • The Camper Kids Bed is only available through White Glove delivery (more info coming soon!).
  • Assembly times may vary but the average assembly time for two people is around 90 minutes.

    A dreamy adventure bed

    We bought this camper bed for our 3-year-old daughter, and it has quickly become the centerpiece of her room — and her imagination! She absolutely adores the camping theme and loves inviting her sisters for “camp outs”. The cozy canopy gives her a sense of comfort and turns bedtime into something she actually looks forward to.

    As parents, we couldn’t be happier with the quality and design. The bed is incredibly sturdy — my wife and I often climb in with her for story time, and it never creaks or shifts. The craftsmanship is beautiful, and it looks amazing in her room. The “trunk” storage area is a brilliant bonus for toys and stuffed animals, and the full railings make it feel safe and snug.

    It’s been such a hit that our other two daughters are now begging for themed beds of their own! Highly recommend for any family looking to add a little magic, imagination, and cozy charm to bedtime.
