Inspired by historic florals, English interiors, and the belief that nursery furniture can be just as beautiful as the rest of your home, the Nestig x Zoë Feldman collection is here.
Some nurseries are built around a color palette. Others start with a wallpaper, a favorite fabric, or a piece of furniture you can't stop thinking about.
We designed this collection for the second kind.
Created in collaboration with interior designer Zoë Feldman, the Nestig x Zoë Feldman collection brings painterly florals, rich solids, and tailored details to nursery seating. The result is a collection that feels equal parts beautiful and functional, designed to make a statement in the nursery and feel at home in your house for years to come.
If you've ever admired one of Zoë Feldman's interiors, you know she has a knack for creating rooms that feel collected rather than decorated. Layered, colorful, and personal, but never overdone.
"Children's rooms don't have to feel separate from the rest of the home. My goal was to create textiles that bring warmth, comfort, and sophistication into a nursery without feeling overly age-specific."
It's a philosophy that shaped every part of the collection.
Because a good nursery chair does a lot. It has to be comfortable enough for late-night feeds and bedtime stories, but beautiful enough that you genuinely love having it in the room.
For years, designers looking for nursery seating often had two choices: prioritize function or prioritize style. The reality? Many beautiful nurseries required custom upholstery, re-covered chairs, or furniture sourced outside the category altogether.
This collection is our answer to that.
Inspired by the kinds of fabrics and details typically found in custom interiors, these chairs bring designer-driven style to nursery seating without the cost, lead time, or hassle of going custom. Think statement florals, contrast piping, and colorways that feel right at home alongside wallpaper, vintage finds, and all the little details that make a space feel uniquely yours.
In other words: nursery seating that feels every bit as considered as the rest of the room.
Inspired by historic floral textiles and the timeless charm of English interiors, the collection includes two floral patterns and three solid colorways.
Whether you're ready to commit to a floral chair or prefer your color in smaller doses, there's a fabric for you.
Available in Blue Mini Meadow and Red Mini Meadow, these smaller-scale florals bring a sense of softness and charm to the nursery.
Sweet without being saccharine, classic without feeling stuffy, they're the kind of print that quietly pulls a room together.
Available in Blue Rosecroft and Red Rosecroft, these larger-scale florals make a statement—an easy way to bring pattern and personality to a room without committing to wallpaper. Perfect for renters, primary bedrooms, evolving spaces, or anyone who wants a layered look in the nursery.
"I've always loved the way floral textiles soften a room" says Zoe. "For this collection, we took inspiration from historic prints and gave them a little more breathing room so they felt right on upholstery."
For those who prefer solids, the collection also includes three rich colorways finished with contrast velvet piping.
The piping is one of our favorite details. It's subtle, but it gives the chairs the kind of finished, tailored feel you'd expect from custom upholstery.
One of the things we kept coming back to while designing this collection was the idea that the best pieces in a home tend to stick around.
These chairs were designed to be part of the room, not just sit in it. They bring color, pattern, and personality to the nursery from day one. They become the spot for bedtime stories, sleepy newborn snuggles, and quiet moments in between.
And while they were designed with the nursery in mind, they were never designed only for it.
Zoe puts it best:
"The best rooms feel collected over time. I wanted these fabrics to carry that same sense of history and timelessness while still feeling fresh for modern families."
Whether they eventually find their way to a reading nook, a guest room, or a favorite corner of the living room, these are pieces designed to stay with you.
Beautiful in the nursery. Beautiful beyond it. And beautiful enough that you'll want to keep them around for years to come.
